Is this a Magical Camera or a Camera Magic trick?
Epicore has released a large number of highly popular magic tricks for the iPhone. We’ve also released the highly successful GameBoy and C64 Camera apps. Now we’re going full circle with a fusion between magic and photography!
FaceCard is a mind penetrating camera for the iPhone!
Basically, you pull out your phone, hand it to someone and let them secretly pick any card they like among the 52 in a standard deck of playing cards. Then you ask them to memorize the image of that card. Focus their mind on all the graphical details. Make sure they don’t show you the card. It’s only for their mind.
Now you take a picture of their face and show it around. Nothing special. Tell them to focus on the card. As people start looking closer at the photo they can see something is changing inside the spectators head. Looks like… A card.. What card? Hard to see at first… Finally it’s clear that the card they are focusing on is the card slowly fading in right inside their head on the photo. People go nuts every time!
